Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of onagent's console, CLI, backend API, and @onagent/bridge SDK (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

onagent lets developers define tools that describe actions available on their own website or product, and lets an LLM invoke those tools on behalf of an end user through natural-language prompts. onagent provides the inference infrastructure, developer console, CLI, and client SDK used to build and operate this feature.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or API key.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to build tools or prompts that facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell or offer the Service as a hosted/managed service to third parties, except as expressly permitted under onagent's license terms (see LICENSE in the source repository).

Plans and usage limits

onagent's Free plan and any paid plans are described on our Pricing page. We may enforce usage quotas (for example, prompts per app per billing period) and may suspend or throttle access if those limits are exceeded.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tools, prompts, and data you submit through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content or data you process through onagent, and for complying with applicable law with respect to your own end users, including providing them with your own privacy policy where required.

Third-party LLM providers

The Service relies on third-party LLM providers (for example Anthropic, Google) to generate responses to prompts. Their availability, output quality, and terms of service are outside onagent's control, and onagent is not responsible for the content of any AI-generated response.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, onagent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
